• You agree not to use the software to conduct background checks, surveillance, or investigations beyond the scope permitted by law.

• The software retrieves information from third-party public databases. The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such data cannot be guaranteed.
• The developers, owners, and operators of this software are not responsible for errors, omissions, or any damages arising from reliance on the information retrieved.
• Decisions regarding tenancy, rental agreements, or legal actions should not be made solely based on this software. Users are encouraged to seek independent verification and legal advice.

• You agree to safeguard any tenant information obtained and use it only for the stated lawful purposes.
• You will comply with applicable privacy legislation and ensure that personal information is stored, handled, and disposed of securely.
• The software does not retain or store tenant search results beyond the duration of the active session, unless explicitly required and consented to by the user.

• You agree to comply with all applicable Canadian laws, including tenancy laws, human rights legislation, and privacy laws, when using this software.
• Any misuse of the software for unlawful purposes may result in suspension of access, reporting to regulatory authorities, and potential legal action.
